Korengal Industries is a veteran owned and operated business. We realize that a lot of people choose to do business with American- and veteran- owned businesses when given the choice and we appreciate that. This is a side project, meaning I work full time at another job, and while I cannot always get back to our customer's inquiries immediately, I do my best to respond the same day.
Our products are printed on demand, meaning that we don't carry stock. When an order is made, we send the order to our printer and they fulfill the item for us. Because of this, it usually takes 2-3 days to print an item and then 2-7 days for shipping after that. We ask you to be patient, we would love to make our products in house but simply don't have enough sales volume to justify that as of yet.
Many of our single color designs are screen printed, while the more complex designs are done with a direct-to-garment printer. You might notice that the plastisol inks are a bit sticky when you receive your shirt. This is normal, after a couple washes the ink will have a bit more flex and have a vintage look.
Sometimes the printer goofs and sends the wrong shirt, wrong size, etc. When this happens, please take a photo of the item showing clearly the misprint or wrong size. We need this to order your reprint through our fulfillment service.
If you have any problems, email: email@example.com or message us on Facebook.
Want to be featured on our blog? We would love to feature you. Send your submission to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are looking for articles written by veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars about topics such as deployment, the transition to civilian life, being a veteran in the workforce—things that give value not only to our generation of veterans, but to the world at large.
